Rachael applies communications strategies and adaptive thinking to shepherd clients’ campaigns from concept to launch. Before joining Subject Matter, Rachael developed messaging, leveraged media and informed strategies as a policy communications associate at the Consumer Technology Association. Prior to that, she was a digital strategist at Mothership Strategies, where she designed and implemented high-impact campaigns for progressive advocacy organizations, political candidates and members of Congress.
