In the financial planning and analysis role, he provides management and stakeholders with critical financial information to guide decision making. He also helps operational leaders understand the financial performance of their division/department through key performance indicators and reports. Prior to Subject Matter, Philip was the director of finance at a leading governance, risk and compliance advisory firm. While there, he played a key role in a successful financial transition and the integration of several acquisitions.
