She delivers a combination of operational excellence and strategic thinking to every business challenge. Prior to joining Subject Matter, Nicole served as U.S. Chief Operating Officer for Burson-Marsteller, as well as Chief Executive Officer for grassroots advocacy firm Direct Impact. In addition to her executive management roles, throughout her career she has actively served as a senior communications advisor and project leader to some of the largest global corporate brands.
