A veteran of both advertising and digital agencies, Mimi advocates for creative strategies rooted in research insights. In addition to advertising expertise, she offers a deep knowledge of website best practices—from user experience and content design to SEO and accessibility. Mimi joined the creative team from Interactive Strategies, where she developed the agency’s content strategy practice, along with national marketing campaigns. She honed her concepting and copywriting skills at Arnold, Threespot and GMMB. Her work has helped clients—including Amtrak, Communities In Schools, NAACP, Red Cross, Special Olympics and others—crack their confounding business challenges with creativity and insight.
