Matt is passionate about politics and policy and has experience with it at every level of government. He’s proud to bring these skills to the government relations team as a research associate. Matt provides research on a variety of issues for clients and assists with writing and fundraising. Before joining the team, he was a press intern for Congressman Glenn “GT” Thompson of Pennsylvania and interned for the International Federation for Human Rights in Brussels, Belgium. Matt was also a DARPA Fellow at Syracuse University and was a Research Fellow at the Commonwealth Foundation in Harrisburg, Pa., where he focused on labor and criminal justice policy. Matt earned his B.A. from Westminster College and has an M.A. in public diplomacy and global communications from Syracuse University.
