Andrew’s breadth of writing, media and communications experience, gained in New York and Washington, D.C., makes him a key asset for our clients. He began his career at National Review, where he was a news writer and blogger and then a Capitol Hill reporter. He moved on from journalism to become communications director for former Rep. Erik Paulsen of Minnesota, overseeing external communications including speeches, op-eds, media bookings, social media content and more. Andrew speaks fluent Spanish and plays a critical role in Subject Matter’s growing Spanish language practice.
