Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee

The Mission

To ensure Subject Matter continues to build and maintain a consciously inclusive and diverse culture and workforce that fosters innovation, creativity and productivity. Subject Matter applies a “CARE” model (Community, Accountability, Respect and Empathy) approach to these efforts.

The DEI Committee:

  • Fosters an environment that encourages positive behavioral change, creating mutual respect and value across teams.
  • Partners with Human Resources to ensure Subject Matter is hiring, developing and retaining talent while ensuring workplace diversity.
  • Serves as an internal advisor to executive leadership in establishing and promoting DEI best practices company wide.

Subject Matter is dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer that encourages people of all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, abilities and sexual orientations to apply. We are committed to being an inclusive place to work, while maintaining a workforce that represents the communities we serve.
