Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee

The Mission

To ensure Subject Matter continues to build and maintain a consciously inclusive and diverse culture and workforce that fosters innovation, creativity and productivity. Subject Matter applies a “CARE” model (Community, Accountability, Respect and Empathy) approach to these efforts.

The DEI Committee:

  • Fosters an environment that encourages positive behavioral change, creating mutual respect and value across teams.
  • Partners with Human Resources to ensure Subject Matter is hiring, developing and retaining talent while ensuring workplace diversity.
  • Serves as an internal advisor to executive leadership in establishing and promoting DEI best practices company wide.
