Message-driven animated video production
Bloomberg Philanthropies discovered a problem in multiple cities across the U.S.—the inability to uncover meaningful data directly affecting residents and their neighborhoods. So, Bloomberg launched “What Works Cities,” an analytical program to help mid-sized cities improve policymaking, government services, and better engagement with residents. To promote this initiative, Subject Matter created a video announcing the leading states chosen to participate. Our effort sparked interest from over 112 additional cities in 40 states, resulting in Bloomberg helping more than 8 million Americans receive exciting new developments in their state, everything from new technology to better education.
